Shipping Information

We ship most in-stock items within 24 to 48 business hours. You should receive your order, via UPS or U.S. Postal Service in approximately 5 to 7 business days. Most orders are shipped via UPS which does not deliver on the weekend.

For Canadian orders, add $10 to the shipping and handling chart below. Delivery should be within 2-4 weeks for in-stock* orders, due to customs regulations. Delays are common when shipping to Canada due to the handling of duty and GST, so please factor this in when placing your order.

Your right to privacy is assured. Your Lane Sex Toys purchases and catalogues arrive securely packaged with no indication of its contents, return addressed from Lane Direct. Even your credit card statement is billed from Lane Direct. Your privacy is of utmost concern to us. We make our subscriber list available to NO ONE!

Express Air Delivery Service
Air services are available to most areas of the United States, for in-stock items at time of purchase. Express air service is not available to addresses outside of the USA.

NEXT DAY: Mon-Fri. Next Day (add $15.00) for delivery in Continental U.S.A. for orders placed by 3pm E.S.T. Mon. - Fri. Saturday Next Day delivery (add $20.00) – UPS may not deliver to some rural areas.

2ND BUSINESS DAY: Mon. – Fri. (add $10.00) for delivery within 2 business days in the Continental U.S.A. for orders placed by 3pm E.S.T. Mon. – Fri.

3RD BUSINESS DAY: Mon. – Fri. (add $20.00) for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, FPO, and APO addresses. U.S. Postal Express Mail Only for orders placed before 3pm E.S.T.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Foreign Country Orders, add Surcharge of $10.00

Backorders
If any item on a multiple-item order is temporarily out of stock, the merchandise that is in stock will be shipped immediately. Back-ordered items are typically shipped within 30 days. Backordered merchandise will not be billed until the time of shipment.
